Yayoi Kusama continues giving us shows. Taking her limitlessness rooms back to the David Zwirner Gallery in the not so distant future, she will additionally be bringing her spotted filled work to the New York Botanical Garden.

The “multisensory presentation” is intended to land in NYC next spring, and will keep running from May 2, 2020, through November 1, 2020. The NY Botanical Gardens will be the display’s backdrop and is “designed to capture and illuminate the artist’s profound engagement with nature throughout the changing seasons from spring through fall”.

Kusama’s tremendous show will traverse 250 sections of land including the NYBG’s structures highlighting her dynamically spotted figures, including her acclaimed mirror establishments alongside her nature inspired works of art, collages and floral sketches. The sculptures on view will compliment the curated natural greenery and the “monumental site-specific” pumpkin sculpture! She will likewise have an agricultural exhibit in the Enid A. Haupt Conservatory, her first exhibition of this kind.
