Kloserman explores Pamela Anderson and Billy Joel with the same level of earnestness usually reserved for presidential elections or terrorism. Despite finding his musing vaguely interesting and moderately amusing at times; my tolerance for his writing style and self-deprecating cockiness dwindled as the pages wore on.
