HTTP://FIERTH.COM – As an homage to the Frieze Art Fair’s first foray into the New York market this May, and as the launch of what will be a rotating art series, YOTEL New York at Times Square West introduces “NYC Future Zoo”, a temporary exhibition by Brooklyn-based artist Ian Sklarsky. Using the Blind Contour drawing method which has become one of his signatures, Sklarsky created a series of colorful animals which will be popping up in various locations throughout YOTEL — including in the elevators, on the glass walls of the Club Cabins and in the YOBOT lounge at Ground Control, right near the front entrance. “NYC Future Zoo” will be on display at YOTEL through May 18. Additional local artists are in the pipeline for future temporary exhibitions at the property throughout the year.
