        Adam Tyler

Fierth:            Do you have a nick-name?

Adam:             I don’t!  Maybe you can give me one!

Fierth:            How tall are you?

Adam:             6’ 2”

Fierth:            What exactly are you wearing right now?

Adam:             All black, jeans and a t-shirt

Fierth:            What is your motto?

Adam:             Live life to the fullest

Fierth:            How do you describe your work?

Adam:             It’s competitive and hard work, but making music is what I love to do, so it’s amazing!

Fierth:            What about your work frustrates you?

Adam:             Independent artists sometimes don’t get the recognition they deserve even though some independent artists, in my opinion, make music better than some of the major label artists

Fierth:            What accomplishment are you most proud of?

Adam:             Completing and releasing my debut album and performing at Stockholm Pride

Fierth:            What is the secret to success?

Adam:             Completing and releasing my debut album and performing at Stockholm Pride

Fierth:            What do you like most about what you do?

Adam:             I love music and am extremely passionate about it, so I’m lucky I get to do what I love.

Fierth:            How do you keep it real?

Adam:             Honesty

Fierth:            What is your beauty secret?

Adam:             Good diet, exercise, sleep, and lots of water!

Fierth:            What do you think about before falling asleep?

Adam:             Sometimes life, love, and music, or sometimes nothing at all!

Fierth:            What were you doing last night at Midnight?

Adam:             Exercising

Fierth:            Where are you based; where do you call home?

Adam:            Los Angeles,CA

Fierth:            Describe your home in 6 words or less.

Adam:             Warm, beach, fun, exciting

Fierth:            What were you like as a child?  

Adam:             Really energetic

Fierth:            Where did you grow up?

Adam:            Missouri

Fierth:            What did you do growing up that got you into trouble?

Adam:             I was quite the messy kid, so I suppose making messes and breaking stuff

Fierth:            Describe a time/event in your life that you’re nostalgic for.

Adam:             I think I miss being a kid in general, and the things that came with being a kid.

Fierth:            As a teenager where did you think you would be now?

Adam:             I knew I would be doing music, but I didn’t know how far in my career I would be

Fierth:            How would your best friend describe you?

Adam:             One of a kind.

Fierth:            What are some qualities you value in your friends?

Adam:             Someone who is kind, trustworthy, funny, a good listener and someone who is very easy to talk to.  Someone you can just be yourself around.

Fierth:            If someone wrote a biography on your life, what do you think the title should be?

Adam:             “Made of Pop”

Fierth:            What motivates you in life?

Adam:             My friends, family, and music

Fierth:            What makes you angry?

Adam:             I don’t really get angry to be honest!

Fierth:            Have you ever felt hopeless? How did you get through it?

Adam:             I have, but my friends and family, along with music, has helped me get through any moments of hopelessness.

Fierth:            What makes you angry?

Fierth:            Do you collect anything? If so, what?

Adam:             CDs

Fierth:            What’s the weirdest item you’ve ever mourned losing?

Adam:             I had this really bright blue shirt that I loved as a kid and spilled cake on it one day and had to get rid of it because it was ruined.  It was really traumatic for me as a 5 year old, haha!

Fierth:            Do you have any obsessions right now?

Adam:             Jamba Juice,TempleRun, pop music, Cherry Limeade, popcicles, pita bread and humus, and BBQ sauce

Fierth:            What is your greatest extravagance?

Adam:             The Spice Girls, though to be honest, I’m not ashamed nor do I feel guilty in getting pleasure from them because they’re fantastic and that’s that!

Fierth:            If you weren’t doing what you are doing now (professionally), what do you think you would be doing instead?

Adam:             I would probably be involved in photography.

Fierth:            Who are your main inspirations?

Adam:             Madonna, Nine Inch Nails, George Michael, Depeche Mode, Robyn

Fierth:            Whom do you despise?

Adam:             Despise is such a strong word, and I don’t really like to spend my time hating on things as it doesn’t really get me anywhere.

Fierth:            Which celebrity do you suspect is actually a hologram? 

Adam:             Heidi Montag

Fierth:            Which stars, if any leave you star struck?

Adam:             I’m sure Madonna would!

Fierth:            Which up and coming talents do you have your eye on right now?

Adam:             A*M*E, Tyson, Lana Del Rey, Kazaky, MNEK, From Above, Rachel Adedeji, Vincent Did It

Fierth:            You can trade places with any other person, living or dead, for 24 hours. Who would you choose and why?

Adam:             It’d be cool to trade places with someone like David Beckham because then I’d actually be good at sports for once!

Fierth:            Do you believe in reincarnation?

Adam:             I don’t, but if I did I’m sure I was something like a chimpanzee or a penguin

Fierth:            Do you believe in karma?

Fierth:            What’s the sweetest thing anyone’s ever done for you?

Adam:             I thought it was pretty sweet that the girl that works at Chipotle gave me a free burrito last week because I had to wait an extra 3 minutes for pork.

Fierth:            Which place have you traveled to that you feel has changed your perspective of the world?

Adam:            Japan

Fierth:            What’s something about yourself that no one knows?

Adam:             I prefer to record music in the dark.

Fierth:            Describe a time when you made the best of a public gaffe.

Adam:             I had a concert when I was younger and my voice cracked right in the middle of one of my songs, but I just smiled and told the audience it happens and continued

Fierth:            What would be the intro song to a movie based on your life?

Fierth:            What is your favorite song?

Adam:             “Frozen” by Madonna

Adam:             Not that I know of!

Adam:             I went skinny dipping with a pack of dolphins a couple of weeks ago, that was pretty strange.

Fierth:            What is the worst advice you have ever received?

Adam:             Touch that!

Fierth:            Which causes do you believe in the most, and why?

Adam:             VH1’s “Save The Music” is one of my favorites, and I think it’s incredibly vital for youth to have access to the arts growing up.
